4.2. Cancellations & Modifications: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 2 hours after placing it. After this period, changes cannot be made as orders are processed quickly. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4.3. Refunds and Replacements: We offer refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items, subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue. Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging for eligibility.
