Refund and Replacement Policy

 

We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you're pleased with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, reach out to us at goodsupport@spheregoods.com, and we’ll work to resolve it based on our policies. 

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

Our replacement and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the arrival of your order. Regrettably, we cannot provide a replacement or refund after this timeframe.


The following reasons are covered by our 7-Day Refund/Replacement Policy (if you are offered a refund or replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item): 

- Damaged, defective, or otherwise not functioning properly

- Not as stated in your Order Confirmation email

- Lost or undelivered, provided the shipping address was accurate

Please be aware that slight color variations resulting from lighting conditions are not classified as defects. Allow for a 30% difference between the advertised images and the item you receive.

 

NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT 

  • Request for a refund/replacement is after 7 days of product delivery
  • Personal reasons - such as a change of mind or no longer wanting the item - that occur more than 2 hours after placing the order, during shipping, or after delivery
  • Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc.
  • Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance
  • Product purchased during a sale or any promotion
  • Personalized products (unless there is a major issue such as receiving a damaged or wrong item)

 

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE:

STEP 1: Contact us at goodsupport@spheregoods.com 

STEP 2: Include the following information in your email:

          - Order number

          - Photos/ videos of the items you received

          - The label package

          - A detailed explanation for your replacement/refund request

STEP 3: Our support team will review the photos/videos of the defective item, and if your item meets all our refund and replacement requirements, we will proceed as follows:

  - REPLACEMENT: We will resend the product to you at no additional cost. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you for the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).

  - REFUND: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. It may take 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account or statement

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS

Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout and pick up your order at the post office if notified:

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address, or for unclaimed packages at the post office. In these cases, no refunds will be issued, and returned items will be donated upon arrival at our warehouse.
  • If you request a replacement for these cases, additional charges will apply.
