Cancellation & Modification

At Spheregoods, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email at goodsupport@spheregoods.com  with your order number and the request. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible for cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placing it. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

Please be informed that:

  • If you request a cancellation or modification after the 2-hour window and it's still possible, a 30% fee of the total order value will apply to cover management costs.
  • We cannot guarantee timely delivery if design modifications are needed, as this will require additional time to modify your design.
